Professional Summary
I started as a bedside nurse in 2010 and spent the next decade in PACU, neuroendovascular, and critical care units, then moved into hospital medicine as an acute care nurse practitioner. I'm bilingual, and I've helped stand up new clinical programs more than once.
Since 2024 I've worked on the data side of medical AI. At SpaceXAI I wrote clinical evaluation criteria and built tools for the medicine human data team. Now I run clinical data operations at Kinetic Systems, where a network of clinicians designs tasks and rubrics for RL environments.
I also build software on my own time, mostly private, on-device tools like Yappy and Oatmeal, plus Relay, a prototype that turns what nurses promise patients into tracked work.

Yappy
Voice-to-text for macOS that never leaves your Mac
Hold a key, speak, and the text lands at your cursor in any app, usually in under a second. Speech recognition runs on the Apple Neural Engine, so it works offline with no API keys or subscription.
Oatmeal
Private, on-device meeting notes for macOS
Records any call without a bot joining, then writes a speaker-labeled transcript, summary, and action items with a local LLM. You can chat with one meeting or search all of them, and nothing leaves your Mac.
Relay
Agentic operations for inpatient nursing
Turns promises made at the bedside, like "blood work every morning," into tracked tasks checked against the live chart. Agents propose nursing actions, a policy gate screens them, and the charge nurse approves.
